What to Expect
We understand that starting physical therapy can be an unfamiliar experience, and we want to ensure that you feel comfortable and prepared.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and personalized treatment to help you on your journey to recovery and optimal physical function. Whether you are seeking therapy through our home health services, outpatient programs, or in-clinic sessions, we are committed to assisting you in achieving your health and wellness goals.

You will be working with a dedicated therapist or a therapist assistant who will guide and support you every step of the way.
What can you expect in your Physical Therapy Session?
-
Initial Evaluation: Your first session will typically involve an initial evaluation conducted by one of our licensed physical therapist. During this evaluation, the therapist will assess your medical history, discuss your condition or injury, and perform various tests to evaluate your range of motion, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
-
Treatment Plan: Following the initial evaluation, your physical therapist may assign an assistant who will work with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals and requirements.
-
Exercise and Rehabilitation: Your therapist or assistant will guide you through the exercises, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize their effectiveness. They may also provide you with additional exercises to complement your sessions and improve your recovery.
-
Manual Therapy Techniques: Depending on your condition, your physical therapist or assistant may employ various manual therapy techniques.
Not sure what to wear?
To ensure a successful and comfortable physical therapy session, we recommend wearing loose-fitting, breathable attire that allows you to move freely during exercises. Wearing comfortable clothes will help the physical therapist assess your movement patterns and provide appropriate treatment. Avoid restrictive clothing such as jeans or tight-fitting dresses.

Opt for well-fitted athletic or sports shoes with good support and traction.
