Evan Flanagan
Co-Founder & Physical Therapist
Evan Flanagan, a Tulsa native, who graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. After completing his undergraduate education, Evan went on to attend Physical Therapy school at Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, WV and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. Evan's time at Wheeling Jesuit University also provided him with invaluable opportunities such as service programs abroad in Peru and practice in a wide variety of settings across the US.
After graduating, Evan returned to Oklahoma and began working in an outpatient physical therapy setting. In a search for new opportunities Evan practiced in several more settings learning new skills and techniques which eventually led him to start Metro Mobile Health Care with co-owner Stephen Mace.
Stephen Mace
Co-Founder & Physical Therapist
Stephen Mace is a dedicated physical therapist with 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Stephen’s expertise spans various areas, including general orthopedics, geriatrics, post-surgical rehabilitation, and neurological populations. With a focus on manual therapy techniques like trigger point release, effleurage, PNF, and astym, he maximizes muscle function and alleviates pain symptoms for his patients.
Stephen’s educational journey began at Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2005. He further pursued his passion for physical therapy at the University of South Florida, obtaining his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2009. Throughout his career, Stephen has honed his skills and experience through five years of outpatient therapy and nine years in a home health setting, working with diverse patient population
